Last night, at a meeting of the Council, Councillor Judith Holt presented a petition on behalf of the Havering against ULEZ group. Whilst presenting the petition she was heckled by administration Councillors. One of whom was Councillor Pat Brown of the Labour Group who told Councillor Holt to 'sit down'.
This shows the lack of care by the Labour Party and their administration about the Ultra Low Emission Zone expansion. Local residents deserve better and deserve an administration who will be on their side on the key issues such as ULEZ.
